The holiday gift-giving season is officially under way, and who wouldn’t want have a piece of Savannah under the tree?! The Hostess City is loaded with quality boutiques, local artists and incredibly talented makers, but here at Savannah Taste headquarters we’re all about the food. If you are in the area for the holiday season, there are plenty of foodie options like savory pies from Pie Society, locally sourced meats and goodies at Smith Brothers Butcher Shop, or a box (or two!) of Savannah’s best cupcakes from Mabel’s Cupcake Emporium. For those that won’t be here but want a taste of Savannah to give, we’ve come up with a few ideas below that are sure to be a hit for your loved ones.

Zunizi’s

You know the sandwich. You know it’s worth the wait. But did you know that you could purchase that goes-on-anything, one-of-a-kind sauce? Zunzi’s Sauce is out of this world good and would make a bold stocking stuffer. There are also three other sauces for sale on their website: Zunzi’s Dressing, Mustafa Sauce and Hot As Sh*t Sauce. Sandwich lovers rejoice!

Savannah Bee Company

You won’t have any problems finding gifts here! From tote bags, key chains and T-shirts to shower products, body lotions and lip balms Savannah Bee is your source for all things honey. Speaking of honey, their mouthwatering nectars are also available, including our favorite: the Whipped Honey Original.

Chocolat by Adam Turoni

Adam Turoni creates some of the most beautiful chocolates and candies that we’ve ever seen. They are truly works of art that are so detailed that you might think twice before biting into them…almost. From truffles and caramels to hand dipped pretzels and graham crackers, if you’re buying for somebody with a decadent sweet tooth, then look no further. We highly recommend the Red Velvet Cake Truffles!

Savannah’s Candy Kitchen

If you have been to Savannah, chances are you have strolled down River Street and sampled a warm, free praline sample from this iconic sweet shop. They’ve been creating sugary goodness here since 1978 and their huge selection of gift boxes, assorted winter tins and year-round best sellers can all be ordered online. The gift boxes and tins make great Secret Santa gifts to make any company party a little sweeter.
